UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

We have streamlined our international logistics to ensure that your journey from our Australian studio to your US doorstep is  entirely Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)

What this means for you:

  • Inclusive Pricing: Every price you see on our website is inclusive of all US tariffs and duties. There are no hidden fees calculated at the border.

  • Direct-to-Door Delivery: Because we clear these duties in advance, your package will not be held at a distribution center for payment. Your luxury incense and solid brass burners will arrive at your door just like a domestic parcel—no "duty due" invoices and no administrative delays.

SWITZERLAND :

We have specifically optimized our pricing for Switzerland to ensure a seamless delivery experience. For all orders with a total value (including shipping) of less than CHF 62, Swiss Federal Customs laws typically waive Import VAT and Customs Duties because the tax amount is less than the CHF 5 minimum collection limit.

What this means for you:

  • No Surprise Fees: Your order of CHF 59 should arrive directly at your door with no additional VAT or administrative handling fees from Swiss Post.

  • Transparency: The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.

NEW ZEALAND : 

We offer seamless shipping from Australia to New Zealand. Most orders are exempt from border taxes under New Zealand's NZ$1,000.00 de minimis threshold.

What this means for you:

  • The NZ$1000 Limit: For orders where the total value is less than NZ$1,000.00, New Zealand Customs does not collect GST, duties, or entry fees.

  • Simplified Delivery: Your luxury incense sets will be cleared as "Low Value Goods," arriving at your door without administrative delays or surprise invoices from NZ Post.

SINGAPORE : 

To ensure a premium delivery experience, we have optimized our shipments to comply with Singapore's Low-Value Goods (LVG) tax regime.

What this means for you:

  • The S$400 Limit: For orders with a total value (including shipping) of S$400.00 or less, your parcel will typically arrive directly at your door without the need to pay import GST or customs duties at the border.

  • No Surprise Fees: As we are an Australian boutique, we do not charge Singapore GST at checkout for these low-value orders. You pay only what you see on our store.

  • Quick Clearance: Orders under this threshold are processed through a simplified customs path for faster delivery to your home or office.

HONG KONG :

Hong Kong remains a Free Port, and we are pleased to offer completely tax-free shopping to our customers in the region.

What this means for you:

  • Zero Import Tax: There are no Goods and Services Taxes (GST) or Value Added Taxes (VAT) applied to your order, regardless of the order value.

  • Duty-Free Luxury: Luxury incense, brass, and home decor are classified as non-dutiable goods in Hong Kong.

  • The Price You See is Final: You will never be asked to pay additional customs fees or handling charges upon the arrival of your parcel.

REST OF THE WORLD (including UK & EU)

For all countries not listed above, please note that our prices do not include local import VAT, GST, or customs duties.

What this means for you:

Duties Paid on Delivery

Unlike our US, Switzerland, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong customers, orders shipped to the UK, EU, and other regions are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Local customs authorities may charge import VAT, GST, and/or duties on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility to pay before or upon delivery.

No Low-Value Exemption

Many destinations, including the United Kingdom and the European Union, do not offer a low-value exemption the way New Zealand or Singapore do. In the UK, for example, import VAT is due on nearly all commercial goods regardless of order value. As we are not VAT-registered in the UK, this is collected from you directly by customs or the delivery courier rather than included in our checkout price.

Estimating Your Costs

Because rates vary by country and are set by local authorities, we are unable to calculate or guarantee these charges in advance. We recommend checking your country's customs website for current VAT and duty rates and thresholds before ordering.

Collection Fees

Couriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, or your local postal service may also charge a small handling or clearance fee in addition to the VAT or duty itself.
